BDM Welcomes TWO New Members of Staff

Things at BDM Towers are really moving fast as we head into our second Christmas in operation and continue to grow our ever expanding client base. To ensure we continue to provide our clients and commercial partners with dedicated and unrivalled service, we’re delighted to announce that we are welcoming two new members to the team this week. So please join me in welcoming Josh and Maria to the team. You’ll be hearing more from them over the coming weeks and months!

I’m Josh! I am studying for an apprenticeship in business administration and am working under the title of Account Manager. I have recently moved from South London, where I’ll be having to go back to shortly, because I have forgotten my passport and other essentials! I’ve had a variety of jobs from painting and decorating to designing adverts for Smirnoff and Captain Morgan.

I am a massive football fan and my team is West Ham (Hannah wasn’t impressed when I told her). When I was younger I played for Sheffield United and Nottingham Forest. Being the only male in the office, I’m not sure any mention of football will go down too well! I also enjoy art and am always creating pieces of work in my spare time. I have done a number of commissioned pieces and designed the set of a play whilst at school. I look forward to learning more about the business and look forward to working with you all.

I’m Maria and I am an Apprentice studying for my NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration here at Bright Digital Minds as an Account Manager. I am really excited about this role as I have only ever worked in pubs and cafés.
I live in Eyam, which to me is a very interesting place because of its history. I mean, everyone’s heard about the plague that occurred in the 17th Century haven’t they? I have a real passion for singing, and have been doing it since the age of 5. From singing through a hair brush, to on the stage, I sing everywhere (but might have to keep it to a minimum in the office).
I’m a huge fan of acting, and have been in many village pantomimes and plays. I’ve been prince charming in Cinderella, Jim Hawkins in Treasure island, the main part in a play we did about the plague in Eyam, and many more! I also studied drama as a GCSE at school, and was lucky enough to travel down to London and watch some amazing shows.
I’d describe myself as being a chatty, outgoing, confident individual, and easy to get along with. I look forward to working with you and I am happy to be part of the team here at Bright Digital Minds!
